As part of the FA team, Heather manages employee and client relations, assists in the development of proposals, maintains office inventory levels, organizes client communications and controls personnel travel arrangements. Additionally, Heather directs all invoicing and accounts receivable and acts as the human resource advisor for the office. Heather's ability to multitask and adapt to new and challenging situations provide an overall balance to the FA organization.

Prior to working for Fregonese Associates, Heather worked as an office manager for a leading heart monitoring facility in SW Portland. Heather was supervisor for the main office and doubled as the executive assistant. From this position, Heather brings an array of diverse experience including customer service, after-hours office support, general office maintenance, invoice follow-up and managerial responsibilities.
