janet fregonese i PRESIDENT
As President of Fregonese Associates, Janet utilizes her more than 20 years of experience with the firm to take an active role in both managing our employees and working directly with our clients.
Her tasks include project management, communicating with our clients to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and on budget, and working closely with our planners to create quality work through the production and review of planning documents that reflect the guiding principles of our firm.
She is directly involved in marketing efforts for the Fregonese Associates, through creating proposals for potential future projects and participating in interviews with prospective clients.
Her duties also include managing human resources and insurance for our employees, and managing the firm’s finances through accounting, invoicing, and payroll.
