As office manager and executive assistant for the FA team, Heather manages employee and client relations, assists in the development of proposals, organizes client communications and controls personnel travel arrangements. Additionally, Heather directs all invoicing and accounts receivable and is responsible for new employee on boarding, as well as ongoing human resource management.  Heather's ability to multitask and adapt to new and challenging situations provide an overall balance to the FA organization.

Heather lives in Portland with her husband and three children. She enjoys cycling, running and cooking. You can usually find her on her bike or exploring a new restaurant.
