Julia is project manager with expertise in urban design, corridor planning, multimodal transportation, and visual communication. She is passionate about placemaking, active transportation, and new mobility.
In addition to Julia’s project management and urban design work, she has led marketing, proposal writing, and community outreach initiatives for numerous projects. Julia has created and coordinated plans for projects involving cities of all sizes as well as multi-county regions. She has more than 12 years of experience in urban design, planning, and project management.
Recently, Julia was the project manager for the Life on State Implementation Plan in Salt Lake City and the lead designer for the Highway 99 Subarea Plan in Edmonds, Washington. She is currently the project manager for General Plan Updates for Payson City and Lehi City, Utah and is managing the Our Salem Today: Planning for Growth project in Salem, Oregon.
